| Trial Application and Expected Outcome |
- Launch PoC in Tung Chung East, deploy cameras/servers and other hardware, and complete power and data connection debugging.
- Train AI models, optimize bus arrival/departure recognition and passenger counting, ensuring accuracy ≥90%.
- Capture images of the entire waiting area, verifying core capabilities like peak hour analysis and long waiting time monitoring.
- Output PoC report, iterate models to adapt to site differences, and improve independent system functions.
- Build a complete data display platform, launch the independent system, and provide data support for bus companies to optimize schedules.
