  • Train AI models, optimize bus arrival/departure recognition and passenger counting, ensuring accuracy ≥90%.
  • Capture images of the entire waiting area, verifying core capabilities like peak hour analysis and long waiting time monitoring.
  • Output PoC report, iterate models to adapt to site differences, and improve independent system functions.
  • Build a complete data display platform, launch the independent system, and provide data support for bus companies to optimize schedules.
