- Light, smooth, informative public-facing online interactive website is required while ensure data accuracy.
- The map for the interactive website shall have flexibility of adding new buildings even the base map does not have such geo info.
- Can assist Buildings Energy Efficiency Ordinance enforcement (e.g. identify buildings which required Energy Audit).
- Enable flexibility of changing the base map services provider.
- A city-scale AI energy model for buildings must be developed to predict potential energy savings under various scenarios and engineering assumptions.
