| Solution Feature |
- Allow camera photo input and picture selection from the gallery. Use Optical Character Recognition to detect any traditional chinese, simplified chinese and english in image and convert them into text message autonomously. Allow text editing.
- Allow voice input, handwriting input and keyboard input, according to user's default methods, to create text message. It enables flexibility and efficiency for different users' preferences.
- Use Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning Model to determine the message type, reminder type, reminder schedule and key information.
- Autonomous posting key information and image links to the application calendar. According to reminder type: for general event, pop up reminder will be one day before and on the occurrence date. For medication event, pop up reminder is on real time only.
- Work on Android and iPhone; Allow 2 persons to share and edit the same calendar

| Trial Application and Expected Outcome |
- Web link will be provided for trial, 2 users (main user & joint user) are provided.
- Main user clicks camera photo input. Confirm. The photo is uploaded to the system in which OCR, NLP and Machine Learning Model will autonomously detect, extract key information, determine event type and reminder schedule.
- Similarly voice input will be gone through the Machine Learning Model to extract key information, determine event type and reminder schedule.
- Key information and photo link will autonomously show in date/time of the application calendar. And image reminder will pop up according to the reminder schedule
- Joint user can edit the key information in the calendar
