Trial Application and Expected Outcome	Evaluate current power consumption units and design hardware system architecture to enable IoT ability to connect to smart system and create data for monitor, control, and optimization by digital methods Collect data from IoT device & sensor on power consumption over location, behavior, and environment for analytics to understand the relationships and impact Develop web / tablet interface to see all classroom device status, control them, and manage with user authority Provide training for teachers 2 times per semester, help teacher understand, design, and organize energy consumption experiment and student campaign between classrooms Creating energy efficiency algorithm that can be applied across different schools in Hong Kong, and continue to improve by Machine Learning
