Solution Feature
  • An end-to-end complete system to monitor the elevator performance in real-time manner which consists of non-intrusive sensing devices, wireless connectivity and backend Mobile and Web App.
  • All hardware devices/sensors, i.e., 3-Axis Gyro, Camera (incl. people counting function), Door, Level, Mic & Speaker, Environmental, Energy and backend system application are solely managed by AppTask so the system functions can be further easily customised or enhanced.
  • The system is able to monitor the elevator operations, thus, to generate statistical reports and performs the big data analytics to provide predictive maintenance activities.
  • The system is able to monitor the abnormal elevator activities, e.g., shaking, doors open when lift is running, etc, with real-time alarms triggered.
  • The system is flexible to be deployed in any Cloud platform, e.g., Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Azure, etc. or on-premises environment.
Trial Application and Expected Outcome
  • Ready to deploy the System on any Cloud platform
  • Validate the capability of corresponding sensing devices in associate with the corresponding alarms and statistical reports to be generated in timely manner
  • Evaluate the realtime connectivity of 4G/LTE/NB-IoT and WiFi
  • Appreciate the User Interface via Web or Mobile App
  • Explore additional use cases to be jointly developed with EMSD
