| Solution Feature |
- Wireless collection of escalator components data to cloud
- All-in-one sensor box to collect sound, temperature, moisture and vibration
- All sensor data of components are collected in collection box and thus send to cloud for machine learning and diagnosis
- Control center will be notified if there is any fault of components detected by the system
- New data collected from the escalator will also be used for improving the machine learning model

| Trial Application and Expected Outcome |
- Installation of sensor box and data collection box in the trial escalator
- All the sensor data will be collected by the cloud server
- Supervised and unsupervised learning will also be implemented in training the data
- Both machine learning method will be tested by the testing set
- The model with better performance will be used in the next stage of development and testing
