- AI Video and Sensor Analytics shall be utilised to detect there are elderly, passengers carrying bulky objects, with physical needs, with accessible needs, and workers who deliver goods.
- Data shall be collected via visual camera, thermal imaging camera and different sensors such as lidar.
- The system would inform station staff immediately to provide timely assistance
