Solution Feature
  • Have high precision laser radar to ensure accurate plane obstacle avoidance and positioning; Infrared vision technology, not affected by ambient light, infrared precise positioning.
  • Configuration of structured light depth vision, three-dimensional space to avoid obstacles, the whole space does not collide; Leading VSLAM technology, AI identifies pedestrians, tables and chairs.
  • In order to avoid secondary pollution during transportation, a three-layer large-capacity closed electric warehouse door is designed. In order to ensure the safety of the transported goods, each layer can be provided with a safety verification code.
  • In order to prevent the robot deployment personnel from being infected with viruses, the robot is configured with 4G network and remotely deployed and mapped through cloud network.
  • Ultraviolet disinfection lamp is built in the cabin to disinfect the cabin in idle time to ensure the hygiene of articles.
Trial Application and Expected Outcome
  • The mobile client is used to directly control the movement and voice of the robot, or the robot can automatically complete the task by issuing preset instructions.
  • The robot is used to distribute products in different scenes, the robot runs smoothly, and the accuracy of transporting products to the destination is high.
  • The robot has a self-checking function of electric quantity, which can automatically charge when the electric quantity is less than the set value, thus effectively avoiding the occurrence of sudden power failure and non-operation of the robot.
  • The robot has been put into the hospital for trial and used for drug inspection. After feedback, the robot runs efficiently and has no infection during transportation.
  • Multi-scene simulation test, the robot can quickly avoid and carry out intelligent voice prompt; At the time of delivery, safety verification is required to open the warehouse door.
