- Question 1: How to realize the problem of non-contact between humans and robots: Online QR code delivery through mobile phone scanning requirements
- Question 2: How to achieve the problem of people picking things up: After reaching the destination, the robot announces the voice and reminds the person to pick up the items at the specified location by lighting the bin.
- Question 3: How to achieve efficient delivery: Through the design that can deliver multiple orders at one time, multiple orders can be distributed at one time to improve the distribution efficiency.
- Challenge: How to control the robot to submit orders by voice, because there is more information on the order, it is difficult to enter by voice, and the robot will not be able to recognize instructions
