Solution Feature
  • The wearable band is a multi-function device that can track location (both indoor and outdoor) , monitor health status and detect when the band is vandalized or removed from the wrist.
  • Cloud based device management platform can monitor and record real-time data and report alarm in case of an abnormal case. The platform also embeds GIS features that help administrator monitor and manage band locations.
  • Ultra-low power consumption sensor can continuously measure heart rate and body temperature from wrist with precision; software can further validate data to guarantee data accuracy. The system architecture is based on open source code and can further integrate various devices into an end-to-end solution.
  • Integrated IoT and data acquisition solution that allows massive connection of wearable devices at a same time and guarantees data security and quality of data transmission.
  • A selection of application such as real-time position tracking with precision, electronic fences based on GIS info, and multi-conditional alarming(based on health, GIS and band condition data), data analytics,etc.
Trial Application and Expected Outcome
  • At device side, Realization of health status detection algorithm; At back-end side, integration of IoT communication platform and realization of applications such as location tracking, wearing detection, pedometer, etc.
  • GUI design of both Band screen and Management platform. Including: visualization of health information and time, alarm reporting (health alarm, positioning alarms, wearing alarm, etc.), notifications, etc.
  • Realization of major application in Beta version and arrange test (both in small scale and large scale) for basic functionalities, including health status monitoring (heart beat and body temp.), position tracking.
  • Provision of band within 1-2 months and finalization of integrated management platform with GIS features.
  • Finalize test and commissioning procedures and make adjustment and further improvement based on test results, followed by training and ongoing O&M support.
