- The objective of this project is to develop new Hybrid Coating of Nano silver ion and TiO2 with Photocatalyst 4H for disinfecting the frequently pushed and pulled door handles surface
- The proposed product coating consists of nano silver ion and TiO2 with Photocatalyst 4H , actively oxidizes and degrades 99.9% viruses and harmful chemicals. Also both new coating can destroy the germ cell membrane & germ dies, cell division is prevented. Whole process is fast action without harmful residues.
- This project is highly developed new coating that provides active hygiene protection and suppresses microbial growth on the last basis.
- This project would be developed a maintenance free ,designed for long term usage, highly cost effective and environmental considerate, high level efficacy and hygienic safety has been confirmed by independent lab and practical tests.
- The project is highly developed new coating to help preventing the spread of viruses through contact with contaminated frequently pushed and pulled door handles surface and area of applications on medical care center / public buildings / Industrial Commercial buildings/ Hotel Catering Industry ..etc.

Trial Application and Expected Outcome |
- Assembly occupancies like a school, an elderly center have high risks of infectious viruses spreading like the COVID-19. Hence, we would like to conduct the trial in these surfaces for door handles to deploy a more efficient disinfection technique with hybrid coating for self disinfecting purposes.
- The trial also aims to add silicon on nano silver ion to control the level of oxidation and maintain the high concentration at 100 PPM of nano silver compared to the normal 10 to 15 ppm to kill viruses.
- The trial is more important to effectively collect comments from users and verify the product coating can be applied in real application with & without hybrid on product compatibility.
- Effectively evaluate the performance of the product coating , the air quality and bacteria level before and after the hybrid coating applied will be measured.
- The following proposed performance tests are included :1) Air Quality Analysis with Microbial Testing ;2) Surface Disinfection Testing by Swab test
