| Solution Feature |
- We will propose an appropriate automatic mail item sorting line base on the working zone limitation.
- We will design an adaptive pick/place method which can overcome the mail item size and shape restriction.
- The system will obtain the required mail item information by Vision Camera or Barcode scanner, and hence identify the delivery destination of mail items.
- The system will place the mail items to the corresponding position by robot arm for further process.
- The system will establish the database by machine learning to enhance the precision of mail information analysis.

- Client needs to provide working zone geographical information for sorting line design by CAD software and hence fabrication of the system.
- Client needs to prepare the required mail items for system development and trial application.
- The system can successfully obtain and identify the mail items delivery destination during trial application.
- The system can successfully distribute the mail items to correct position using robot arm during the trial application.
- The system can enhance the current mail item sorting efficiency and eliminate human operation cost.
