Solution Feature |
- To sort the parcel to the corresponding pouch / mailbox according to the barcode on the parcel
- The robot arm can be determined according to the data of the industrial camera, to pick up different size parcel
- The robotic arm should quickly sort the place where the parcel is sent and place it in the designated place for further processing. Parcel picking speed should be faster than the current manual sorting
- With a six-axis industrial robot, the payload is 100kg, and the stroke is about 2.5 meters
- With industrial cameras, can determine the size and position with angle of parcel

Trial Application and Expected Outcome |
- Industrial cameras can accurately determine the position, angle and size of mail
- Industrial robots with specially designed end-effector can pick up various parcels for testing
- According to the barcode reader, the robot picks up the parcels, can be placed into different positions
- The system will be tested for 10 hours of uninterrupted work
- With AI function, the robot can Determine if it is a normal parcel
