- Goal: Using robotics, help public to learn how to use and provide e-postal services.
- Challenge: Space is limited at most post offices is limited, the robot needs to be small, and multi-functional.
- Challenge: The public needs a more interactive way to resolve all those FAQ in mind.
- Solution: Our solution can provide interactive enquiry services for the public through AI chatbot and remote services

Trial Application and Expected Outcome |
- In the office building of Taikoo Shing, we provided robot service for the Savills with customer service functions. Visitors can check the screen, remote video customer service, and dry mist disinfection.
- In the URA office, we provided Temi's front desk service to provide guidance, navigation and front desk functions for our guests. We also customized a file box for daily delivery of mail and documents in the office.
- Temi, which we provide at school, provides STEM learning, and as a teaching assistant to teacher.
- We provide inquiry, and remote visit functions in nursing homes provided by Tung Wah Group of Hospitals, which allows family members to communicate with the elderly daily even when visits are not allowed in the recent epidemic.
- In Queen Elizabeth Hospital, we provide robot assistant services for medical staff. Family can visit patients without direct contact.
