- It has a human-machine interface for people input data about comfort satisfaction. Also, it can navigate among rooms to collect environmental data through equipped sensors.
- Its navigation map data will be integrated with the building's BIM data.
- The environmental data can be shown on building's 3D map, as well as displayed on system's dashboard.
- Over the Smart Building Assistant, people can voice-control office's AV system and lighting system.
- It is capable of obstacle avoidance, autonomous navigation and manually remote control. It has automatic power charge system.

- The data collected by the human-machine interface and the equipped sensors will be saved to back-end server for analysis.
- Integrating the navigation map data and the building's BIM data so it's position will be known any time.
- The environmental data can be shown on building's 3D map, as well as displayed on system's dashboard.
- Over the Smart Building Assistant, people can voice-control office's AV system and lighting system.
- Provisioning of obstacle avoidance, autonomous navigation and manually remote control. A dedicated control panel is developed for real-time remote control, provisioning of automatic power charge system with high charging speed in 2 hours.
