- Utilizing the existing CCTV cameras with some supplement ones in the lift lobbies and deploy a central video analytics server
- The central video analytics server using AI technology to analysis the people count and density of each lift lobby..
- The central analytics server will also query the lift status from third party's system.
- The central analytics server will present the data on dashboard.
- A time, location, people count and density based report can be exported on daily, monthly and annually basis.

| Trial Application and Expected Outcome |
- Deploy a test server on site and integrate with the existing CCTV cameras or install new cameras to trial.
- Compare the real people count and the count presented by the system in real time to verify the algorithm accuracy.
- Compare the crowd density of the site and and the figure presented by the system to verify the algorithm accuracy.
- Demonstrate the feasibility of integration with the third party for lift status retrieving.
- Check the reports
