| Solution Feature |
- An advance solution to monitor the density of lift passenger inside the lift compartment and at the lift lobby.
- To enhance existing EMSD HQ’s Lift Monitoring system with additional “People Measurement and Tracking” sensing devices utilising multiple technologies including but not limited to PIR, WiFi Scanning and mm-wave Radar technology.
- The lift status and people density could be illustrated on the Mobile App and Web App in a near real-time manner, other lift information, eg, maintenance mode, can be shown if needed.
- The system is able to generate statistical reports and performs data analytics.
- The system is flexible to integrate to EMSD iBMS system to centralize all additional info.

| Trial Application and Expected Outcome |
- Validate the capability and accuracy of the “People Measurement and Tracking” sensing devices and corresponding applications
- Evaluate the usability and reliability of the sensing devices at EMSD HQ
- Integration towards existing EMSD HQ’s Lift Monitoring system to obtain lift up/down status, floor level and other necessary data
- Appreciate the User Interface via Web or Mobile App
- Explore additional use cases to be jointly developed with EMSD
