- Mobile app facilitates registered contractors/workers to record lift/escalator's maintenance job by utilizing the digitized form, QR code verification, GPS detection, and integration with the backend e-Log Book Blockchain System
- Mobile app partial-offline mode. Under a situation of poor signal coverage, the mobile app should run smoothly as normal. The update of maintenance details will automatically be updated to the backend blockchain system
- Web portal facilitates EMSD, responsible parties, delegated responsible parties to perform log book management, monitoring & control full log book record; to do job approval in batch and do data analysis
- Data analysis based on accident rate (in terms of different Hong Kong districts), RP quality ranking, out of order rate (in terms of different brands of lift/escalator), Lift/escalator brand quality analysis, Contractor/worker’s job performance ranking

- Deliver Mobile App by implementation of UI/UX Design, software programming, API Gateway integration and user acceptance test, to address the usage of registered contractor/workers.
- Deliver web-based management portal by implementation of UI/UX Design, software programming, API Gateway integration and user acceptance test, to address the usage of EMSD, responsible parties, delegated responsible parties.
- Development and deployment of the open-source blockchain platform via implementation of smart contract to ensure the on-chain and off-chain Log book data integrity and traceability.
- Development and deployment of the cloud backend system via integration of blockchain and EMSD internal system by implementation of the API gateway.
- Whole system end to end testing involved the real time processing of mobile app, web portal, API gateway, cloud backend, blockchain system and the EMSD internal systems integration.
