Summary and Challenges

The purpose of this project is to develop a tailor-made computer programme with artificial intelligence (AI) that could provide comprehensive advice on project administration queries.

The AI program, titled Dr. Project Administration Handbook (PAH), should have "deep learning" capability with a good grasp of EMSD's PAH, and be able to answer any queries on project administration issues, including tendering procedures, financial approval authorities, contract management etc. As such, engineers would get instant and comprehensive advice from Dr. PAH, instead of going through the PAH page by page to get the answer piece by piece which is very time-consuming.
Expected Outcome To develop artificial intelligence to facilitate providing advice on project administration queries.
