Conventional time display systems adopted in sports grounds or parks are easily affected by the environment and weather conditions. Moreover, these existing systems provides only limited information to users.

This project is seeking a comprehensive solution to integrate the existing time display systems in various venues into a centralised system. Not only would the new systems provide time data, but would also allow bi-direction communications based on IoT technologies. As such, the health status of individual systems can be fed back to the centralised system and additional information can be offered.
