Summary and Challenges FEHD would like to develop a prototype of vacuum litter cleaner to assist street cleansing workmen to collect scattered waste on pavement, roadside and flower bed, such as tooth picks, cigarette buds, etc. which require manual picking. The vacuum litter cleaner should be easily operated by one person, with low noise level and could merge with 240L refuse collection bin for daily street cleansing services. The Vacuum Litter Cleaner should be durable and able to work under the drastic environmental condition with reasonable running and maintenance cost.
