FEHD would like to enhance hygiene standard of public toilets by better resources allocation and planning, through collection of data such as patronage rate, user satisfaction, temperature, humidity, ambient ammonia, volatile organic compounds, hydrogen sulfide concentrations and other data in public toilets.
