Summary and Challenges This project aims to cooperate with Hong Kong Green Building Council to develop an universal building performance assessment tool to assess the performance of air-conditioning system for buildings as maintained by EMSD and recommending retro-commissioning solutions.
Expected Outcome The tool would be applicable to 1) Assess the performance of air-conditioning system in different design 2) Compare the performance of air-conditioning system in different buildings
