Summary and Challenges Through developing a novel thermo-electrochemical capacitor (TEC) device, low grade waste heat with temperature less than 100 ℃ will be efficiently recovered into electricity. The TEC device will be evaluated in the trial at EMSD Headquarters and further determine whether the system is applicable in Hong Kong.
