The system should be able to achieve access control function with motorised camera and face detection. It should also possess other functions, such as infrared temperature detector, to detect the wellness of the visitors.

1. The camera for face detection should be motorised for movement.
2. Separation between visitor and equipment for effective operation should be between 0.5m to 1m or wider.
3. Capable of face recognition with face mask.
4. Infrared temperature sensor accuracy: +/- 0.3 degree Celsius, and capture photo of visitor with high fever.
5. System response for detecting visitor's face, conducting wellness check and determining access grant should be within 1 second.
