Summary and Challenges We are now searching for solution provider to design and implementation of suitable system infrastructure, with interfacing to GWIN infrastructure for application-to-sensor side communication.

Project summary:
  1. Design and implement a system for retrieval sensor data, manage alerts and healthiness, which shall include a web-based and mobile apps dashboard
  2. Design and implement a GIS platform to display and analyze the data trend
  3. Handle data upto 500 locations, with data storage upto 5 years of hydrometric data and image
  4. Develop API for data exchange with other platforms
  5. Provide interface with GWIN protocol for data retrieval and equipment control


Challenges:
  1. Existing market solution does not provide interfacing services with GWIN, with limited downlink control functions and holistic analytics functions
  2. The PoC built is not sufficiently to handle massive no. of sites being monitored, and not efficient in storing images for post-processing
Expected Outcome Solution provider shall be responsible for design and help to install relevant software and hardware.
Expected Trial Duration 6-month duration: May 2020 to October 2020
