| Summary and Challenges |
Smart robot assistant shall have:
- Mobility to move from room to room and collect indoor environmental data
- User interface to collect occupants comfort satisfaction
- Automatically generate real-time environmental data in 3D map and dashboard
- Remotely send back the collected data to database and perform analysis
- Integrate data connection between BIM and the robot
- Support remote voice control on office audio & visual and lighting system
- Equip with multi-sensors system for track planning, obstacle avoidance and real-time positioning"
