Summary and Challenges
This project aims to develop a robot for indoor environmental quality (IEQ) measurement. The subject robot shall be able to perform both manual and automatic remote control for IEQ measurement tasks in office environment, sports complex, plant rooms or construction sites.
Expected Outcome
Indoor environmental quality (IEQ) is an aspect of working environment to ensure health and comfort. A robotic system shall be designed, developed, constructed, tested and commissioned with appropriate types of IEQ measurement and battery-driven chassis with processing units including obstacle avoidance, navigation and indoor positioning.
