Summary and Challenges This project aims to develop a system to track and monitor the locations of users for both indoor and outdoor environment.
Expected Outcome Adopting “Smart Wristband” equipped with tamper-proof security feature and technologies such as GPS, BLE and secured communication network, system operators are able to track the locations of users through handheld devices and workstations. When users leave the specified effective range or detach the wristband without authority, the system will automatically prompt alerts and inform system operators.
Expected Trial Duration 6 Months
