Summary and Challenges Inspection or sampling in high safety risk location requires a series of preparation work to lower the risk against operation personnel.
Expected Outcome To develop robotic technologies or use unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for conducting inspection or sampling at high safety risk locations of sewage or stormwater facilities. The objectives are to automate the inspection/sampling process; and reduce the need for operators to enter high risk areas.
Expected Trial Duration Trial for 12 months after installation
