Summary and Challenges This project aims to develop a water droplet-based electricity generator (DEG) to harvest electricity from impinging water droplet. The subject prototype shall able to fabricate on flexible substrate and apply for out-door conditions. The peak power density and voltage of the prototype shall able to reach 30 W/m2 and 100V, respectively.
Expected Outcome To develop and deploy a simple, robust water droplet-based electricity generator (DEG) for efficient electricity conversion.
Expected Trial Duration 18 months
