Summary and Challenges This project aims to develop a prototype of hybrid photovoltaic & thermal (PVT) system. The subject prototype shall be able to harvest electricity and heat simultaneously. The peak photo-to-electrcity and thermal conversion efficiency of the prototype shall able to reach 15% and 35%, respectively.
Expected Outcome To develop a hybrid photovoltaic & thermal (PVT) system for efficient solar and thermal energy harvesting.
Expected Trial Duration 18 months
