Summary and Challenges | Surfaces inside lift cabin like button panels, handrails and handle are frequently touched by members of the public, and potentially provide a means for virus spreading. This project aims to study the effectiveness of Far-UVC light (222nm) and develop an active disinfection system inside lift cabin using Far-UVC light which can disinfect the potential contaminated surfaces safely even passengers are in the cabin in order to minimize the contact and transmission of viruses at all time. |
