Summary and Challenges
The IoT sensor(s) to be powered by radio frequency energy harvesting technology shall attain the following features:
  1. Function at indoor environment feasible.
  2. Capable to harvest ambient RF energy from cellular and wireless systems to provide energy powering up IoT sensor. The sensor(s) to be powered is on the low duty cycle and low input power category.
  3. The sensor(s) data shall be transmittable through Government-Wide IoT Network (GWIN), with gateway to collect multiple signals and wireless protocol interchanging when necessary.
Expected Outcome
To deploy the IoT sensor(s) with radio frequency energy harvesting technology and all associated systems.
Expected Trial Duration 12-month
