Summary and Challenges Camera in museum are installed for monitoring daily operation of the Museum. However, these cameras are absent with functions like detection of visitors’ routing and stay time at the exhibit. To receive these data, it involves installation of new cameras, which may cause high installation cost.
Expected Outcome It is suggested to design a video analytic system which can track people by using the existing camera images. By collecting the data of visitors’ routing and stay time at the exhibit, it can find out the habits of the visitors and their trends.
