Summary and Challenges The connecting space is a place for staff and/or visitors to explore, discover, exchange, brainstorm and implement some innovative ideas in a relaxed and comfortable environment so as to foster a culture of innovation and creativity
Expected Outcome To design and build two connecting spaces at EMSD HQs for Project Division
Expected Trial Duration
  1. Interior design with BIM model to be finished by Jun 2018
  2. Renovation work to be commenced by July 2018
  3. Launch of the venue and integrate to the BIM-AM System to be finished by late 2018

  1. To define difference purposes and use cases of the venue
  2. To provide the interior design based on the purposed and use cases established
  3. To select optimal furniture and materials to achieve the design
  4. To build the BIM model for design forecast and accurate renovation
  5. To implement the EMSD BIM-AM Standard and BIM-AM System
  6. To provide as-built BIM model with asset information
  7. To launch the venue
