Oil and grease particles from kitchen exhuast adheres to the grease filter while entering the kitchen exhaust system. The grease filter had to be cleaned regularly by stall owners.
The project aims to develop an innovative way to clean the filters effectively and conveniently to reduce the burden by stall owners, or to reduce the accumulation of oil and grease particles on the grease filter in order to reduce the cleaning frequency.
Expected Outcome
To develop an I&T solution for cleaning grease filters in a more effective and convenient way, or to reduce the accumulation of oil and grease particles on grease filters.
