Summary and Challenges
  • During the daily operation (e.g. case investigation, site inspection, etc.) of the Electricity Legislation Division, personal interview with the general public is required.
  • This project aims to develop an artificial intelligence (AI) system with the application of voice recognition technology such that the audio messages recorded in handy mobile devices could be transferred to a text file rapidly by means of the AI system, enhancing the work efficiency of officers in recording.
Expected Outcome Speed up the processing time of some daily operations (e.g. witness statement taking, report drafting for site inspection, etc.)
