Adoption of dispersive airduct sealing technology with a view to minimize air leakage in HVAC system and achieve energy saving.
The application of this technology shall be easy to deploy, without the need of manual inspection & fixing. The sealant shall be non-toxic and harmless to human, and comply with FSD requirement.
The trial shall include all associated construction works from this trail and include an assessment to compare the energy consumption before and after the application of this technology.
