Evaluating the Effectiveness of NCCO Air Treatment Units in Enhancing Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) in Public Restrooms (REF: W-0522)
Matched I&T Solution
Trial Project
Summary and Challenges
The primary objective of the project is to improve the indoor air quality within the public restrooms by a robust air treatment solution.
The major challenge in this pursuit was to identify a solution that was sustainable over the long term. Consequently, we endeavored to find a solution that minimized solid waste production and reduced environmental impact. The frequency of filter replacements was a crucial consideration in this context.
Another significant challenge was the integration of the solution within the existing infrastructure, without causing considerable disruption to the daily operations of the facility.
Expected Outcome
Firstly, we anticipate a significant improvement in the indoor air quality within the public restrooms of the building.
Secondly, the project aims at the successful integration of a sustainable air treatment system that minimizes solid waste production and reduces environmental impact. We foresee a reduction in the frequency of filter replacements.
Another expected outcome is the seamless integration of the air treatment system within the existing infrastructure. This means minimal disruption to the daily operations of the facility while accommodating the new system.
Expected Trial Duration
12-month
