Summary and Challenges
This project aims to develop a LiDAR SLAM Omnidirectional Steering Wheels Autonomous Mobile Robot which can move in all directions on the ground and direct change direction to narrow compartment in any angles with standing dimension: 495mm X 650mm and payload of 80kg.
Expected Outcome
An autonomous mobile robot (AMR) shall be designed, developed, constructed, tested and commissioned with omnidirectional steering wheels and battery-driven chassis with processing units including obstacle avoidance, navigation and indoor positioning.
