  • In order to maintain full visibility of critical assets in their freight, the Global Asset Tracking System is to provide comprehensive visibility and real-time monitoring of the assets across the world, while ensuring full compliance with aviation laws and flight rules.
  • This innovative system addresses the unique challenges of tracking assets during air transport, where strict limitations apply to communication methods and power supply.
Expected Outcome
  • A complete solution using GPS/ Beidou and/or Wi-Fi technologies to track the location of the asset in freight and display the location and status of the asset on a centralized platform.
  • The system is expected to include sophisticated algorithms to analyze the location data, and give stakeholders a unified view of the asset's journey. Tamper-detection mechanisms and secure data protocols are also required to safeguard the integrity of the tracking information.
