Construction Innovation Expo 2019 (CIExpo) will be held from December 17 to 20 this year at Hall 1C-E of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre with aims to provide an excellent knowledge sharing and business matching platform with the vision to drive a new era in construction. To provide the construction industry with an in-depth understanding of the new trends in digitalisation, the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD) will set up a booth at E327 to showcase the innovative applications in the industry through the use of E&M InnoPortal. The EMSD will also exhibit a number of new application technologies, including Virtual Reality (VR), the Government-wide Internet of Things Network (GWIN) and the Building Information Modelling system (BIM), to provide reference for the industry in enhancing efficiency and safety. Admission is free for all construction professionals, business visitors and construction industry practitioners. Public visitors are welcome to visit CIExpo on 20 Dec 2019.
