| Solution Feature |
- The novel cool roof coating is equipped with excellent spectral properties, including high solar reflectance in the wavelength range from 0.3 to 2.5 µm and high thermal emittance in the infrared wavelength range over 3 µm.
- The proposed novel nanocoating will show low thermal conductivity to strengthen the overall thermal insulation capability.
- The coating surface will be chemically treated with super-hydrophilic properties to achieve self-cleaning, and thus to sustain the long-term effective spectral features. Moreover, the surface deposited organic can be automatically broken down.
- The coating has the ability to be mass-produced for large-scale applications.
- The coating formulas can be flexibly adjusted in accordance with different thermal requirements.
