Solution Feature The real-time signal-based monitoring system described is designed to connect the Direct Telephone Link (DTL) to the Remote Data Collection and Control (RDCC) system. This system allows for seamless monitoring of the fire alarm signal, DTL status, and DTL Line fault condition.

Upon the implementation, this solution is capable of
1. benchmarking the frequency of fire alarms
2. assisting in analysis of unwanted fire alarm and condition of the AFA system
3. monitoring any abnormal suspension of DTL
4. checking with the applicant if DTL is suspended/ resumed normal
