Solution Feature |
- Referring to the I&T Wish (REF: W-0158), firmware development includes current transformers to collect real-time current of Motor, Brake and Safety-link of the lift.
- The Microcontroller Unit (MCU) and software development to access the firmware in order to collect and process data.
- The development of the wireless (3G/4G) Data Transmission Module (DTM) to transfer the collected data from IoT terminal to upper host, store the data into files and display the data.
- Software and hardware system integration of the sensor module, MCU module and DTM module to store data.
- On-site installation & calibration so as to ensure the effectiveness of data collection for the Non-Intrusive Data Acquisition Lift Monitoring Prototype.
