4. I&T solution providers to submit I&T solution proposal to l&T wish within the set period

5. EMSD review committee to review the proposed I&T solutions.
(The processing time is usually 2 weeks)

6.EMSD review committee to pass the preliminary review results to the I&T wish proposer to consider whether to proceed with procurement and trial

7.I&T wish proposer to proceed with procurement and trial (hence, a successfully matched project)

8. EMSD to upload the relevant l&T solution onto the platform

9. Upon completion of the trial, EMSD to upload validated performance report onto the platform
