EMSD will identify appropriate government facilities to carry out field trials of matched I&T solutions. As a neutral and professional government department, EMSD will validate the effectiveness and performance of I&T solutions in an open, fair and just manner. Relevant performance reports will be uploaded to the E&M InnoPortal for public sharing to promote and drive research & development and application of I&T solutions.
