- User friendly booking system with Dashboard area which allows user to check the room availability for booking by their needs
- Multiple Check in methods: internal users may use their EMSD access card for check in while the public user may use QR code for check in
- Integration with Door Lock of Breastfeeding room and the booking system; when user check in or check out, door lock open
- With touchless LoRa Occupancy Sensor to detect the seat availability
- Fridge with door and electricy sensor to check whether the fridge is in proper use

| Trial Application and Expected Outcome |
- Increase the productivity of the room booking which allows both internal staff and public users to book room by their needs easily; Internal staff may use AD sync; Public users may use their name and mobile phone number
- Maximize the room utilization that reduce No-show and with early check out to release the room
- User may easily control door lock on their own: use EMSD access card or QR code from Booking Confirmation email to open the door lock, no need borrow keys
- Using wireless and touchless LoRa Occupancy Sensor which allows users no need to touch on any device to shows the occupancy with better hygiene
- Improve the storing environment of the fridge and easily check the condition of the fridge
