| Trial Application and Expected Outcome |
- Understand the existing business process to perform the non-conformity check with EMSD and record the resources required for performance measurement.
- Define conformity check methodology & business workflows, identify data sources, i.e. product alerts / recall portals and e-commerce platform for POC purpose. For example, e-commerce platform data source x 3 nos, recall portal x 3 nos, products to be check x 3 nos.
- Define the acceptance criteria, performance criteria, e.g. accuracy, alert latency, future business process, dashboard requirements of the system for POC purpose.
- Develop a system with crawler and conformity check engine to perform the tasks
- Validate the accuracy and performance of the system output against design specifications.
